One of  goals of this web site has been to get some pictures of our lovely little village where more people can enjoy them. The pictures below are just the beginning and as time goes along I'll be adding more pictures of the historic homes and a brief history of each one.

Chestnut Creek flows through Verbena and is beautiful in every season.

In the center of the the village on county road 59 is a park and in the park is a gazebo. The park has been the setting for numerous weddings, wedding receptions, and other such celebrations.

As you can see the park lends itself to almost any occasions.

The main street by the park is most especially pretty in the fall.
